摘　　要：利用醇酸树脂,通过成膜物质加量的优选,颜料、助剂等的筛选和添加量的确定,研制的涂料产品满足GB/T 25251-2010《醇酸树脂涂料》中醇酸磁漆的各项指标,符合GB 30981-2020《工业防护涂料有害物质限量》中色漆铅含量限量值≤1 000 mg/kg和铬含量限量值≤1 000 mg/kg.Using alkyd resin,through the optimization of film-forming materials,the selection of pigments and additives,and the determination of the addition amount,the developed products meet the requirements of the alkyd enamel in GB/T 25251—2010 Alkyd Resin Coatings,according to GB 30981—2020 Harmful Substances Limit for Industrial Protective Coatings,the limit value of lead content in paint is≤1000 mg/kg and the limit value of chromium content is≤1000 mg/kg.
