摘　　要：针对涂装前处理生产线除杂质问题,简要分析了白车身所携带杂质的组成,列举了一些处理方案,并讨论了不同方案在各个工序的应用情况,对于解决当前生产线上出现的车身颗粒过多问题具有一定的参考意义.Aiming at the problem of removing impurities in the pretreatment line,the composition of impurities carried by the body in white was analyzed,some treatment schemes were listed,and the application of different schemes in each process was discussed.It has certain reference significance for solving the problem of excessive body particles in the pretreatment line.
