摘　　要：目的:通过对蒙古族习用药材3种占巴(萨日木格-占巴、额莫-占巴和额日-占巴)的性状与显微鉴别研究,掌握其外观性状与显微特征及其差异,为鉴别提供依据。方法:运用单反相机、体式显微镜及数码成像技术,从外观性状(整体观、正面观、侧面观、腹面观、顶面观、表面特征)和内在构造(横剖面、纵剖面)对3种占巴进行观察和表征;运用光学显微镜及数码成像技术对其横切面和粉末特征进行观察和表征。结果:系统地对3种占巴进行了性状与显微鉴别研究。明确了3种占巴外观形态、果梗、分果瓣和表面等性状鉴别特征和中果皮、内果皮和草酸钙结晶等显微鉴别特征。结论:归纳总结了蒙药占巴的生药学特征,为占巴类药材的鉴定研究提供参考依据,也为民族药品种的数字化平台建设提供示范基础。Objective:To study the macroscopic and microscopic identification of mongolian medicine Fructus zhan-ba[Malva verticillata L.;Malva sinensis Cavan.;Althaea rosea(Linn.)Cavan.],and their differences,and to lay an experimental foundation for the identification of Fructus Zhan-ba.Methods:Digetal single lens reflex,stereo microscope combined with digital imaging technology were used to observe and characterize the appearance character(overall view,positive view,lateral view,ventral view,top view,surface features)and internal structure(cross section,longitudinal section)of Fructus zhan-ba systematically.Microscope with digital imaging technology was used to observe and characterize the cross section and powder.Results:The macroscopic and microscopic characteristics of 3 kinds of Fructus Zhan-ba were studied systematically for the first time.The macroscopic identification characters,such as the appearance,the peduncle,the coccus,the surface,and microscopic identification characters,such as the mesocarp,the endocarp,the calcium oxalate crystal of 3 kinds of Fructus Zhan-ba were clarified.Conclusion:The pharmacognosy study of Fructus Zhan-ba are summarized,and it can provide reference for the descriptions of macroscopic and microscopic identification of Fructus Zhan-ba,and also lay a foundation for the construction of digital platform for ethnic medicine.
