摘  要:目的:采用电感耦合等离子体质谱(ICP-MS)法测定不同产地头花蓼中铜(Cu)、砷(As)、镉(Cd)、汞(Hg)、铅(Pb)5种重金属及有害金属的含量,并对其安全性进行评价。方法:样品加硝酸微波消解处理后,通过ICP-MS,射频功率1500 W,等离子气体流速15 L·min^(-1),载气流速1 L·min^(-1),辅助气流速1 L·min^(-1),蠕动泵转速40 r·min^(-1),全定量采样模式对头花蓼中的5种重金属及有害金属含量进行测定,并对所建立的方法进行方法学验证,采用单因子指数法和内梅罗综合指数法对样品中的重金属及有害金属污染进行安全性评价。结果:5种重金属及有害金属在各自范围内线性关系均良好(r≥0.9994),精密度试验(RSD≤3.2%)、重复性试验(RSD≤5.5%)、回收率试验(87.0%~109.5%)、稳定性试验(RSD≤5.2%)均满足方法学验证要求。16批样品中Cu、As、Cd、Hg、Pb的含量分别为5.9~18.8、0.25~4.42、0.092~3.887、0.019~0.113、1.25~27.17 mg·kg^(-1),除4批样本为安全清洁级别外,其余均受到不同程度的重金属及有害金属污染。结论:本文建立的方法便捷准确,灵敏度高,重现性好,可用于头花蓼中的5种重金属及有害金属含量检测。Objective:To measure the contents of 5 heavy metals and harmful element(Cu,As,Cd,Hg and Pb)by inductively coupled plasma-mass spectrometry(ICP-MS)in Polygoni Capitati Herba from different origins and evaluate the safety of Polygoni Capitati Herba.Methods:The samples were digested with nitric acid by microwave.Contents of 5 heavy metals and harmful element were determined by ICP-MS with RF power of 1500 W.The velocity of plasma gas was 15 L·min^(-1),the velocity of carrier gas was 1 L·min^(-1),the velocity of auxiliary gas was 1 L·min^(-1),and the speed of peristaltic pump was 40 r·min^(-1).Then both the single factor index method and nemerow multi-factor index method were used to evaluate the safety of Polygoni Capitati Herba.Results:The linear relationships of the 5 heavy metals and harmful element were good(r≥0.9994)within the ranges of determination.The average recoveries were within 87.0%-109.5%,the precision(RSD≤3.2%),the repeatability(RSD≤5.5%)and the stability(RSD≤5.2%)were reliable.The contents of 5 heavy metals and harmful element in the 16 batches of samples were 5.9-18.8 mg·kg^(-1)(Cu),0.25-4.42 mg·kg^(-1)(As),0.092-3.887 mg·kg^(-1)(Cd),0.019-0.113 mg·kg^(-1)(Hg)and 1.25-27.17 mg·kg^(-1)(Pb),respectively.Only 4 batches of samples were assessed as safe,the rest of batches were suffered from different degrees of heavy metal and harmful element pollution.Conclusion:The method is convenient,accurate,sensitive,reproducible,and can be used for the determination of 5 heavy metals and harmful element in Polygoni Capitati Herba.
