摘 要:目的研究野生及栽培竹节参地下不同部位的质量差异,为竹节参药材质量标准的修订提供科学依据。方法采集28批不同产地的竹节参(含野生及栽培品)根状茎与肉质根,采用性状观察、中药指纹图谱、主要有效成分含量和浸出物测定等方法进行对比研究。结果野生与栽培竹节参地下部位的外观性状存在差异。15批样品中人参皂苷Ro和竹节参皂苷Ⅳa含量符合2020年版《中国药典》规定,合格率53.6%。合格批次野生和栽培竹节参根茎与根的化学指纹图谱、浸出物和有效成分含量差异不明显。结论本研究可为竹节参栽培品替代野生品使用,并为其质量标准“来源”“含量测定”“浸出物”等项目修订,以及后续竹节参资源研究开发提供科学依据。OBJECTIVE To explore the quality differences between roots and rhizomes of wild and cultivated Panax japonicus(P.japonicus),and to provide scientific evidence for the revision of P.japonicus quality standards.METHODS Twenty-one cultivated and 7 wild samples of root and rhizome of P.japonicus were collected.The difference as a measure of quality on morphological characteristics,alcohol extracts,HPLC fingerprints,and contents of ginsenoside Ro,chikusetsusaponinⅣandⅣa as the three most prominent saponins in roots and rhizomes of wild and cultivated P.japonicus,were comparatively analyzed.RESULTS There were some differences between the wild and the cultivated P.japonicus in the morphological characteristics.Otherwise,there were no significant differences between rhizomes and roots on chemical fingerprints,alcohol extracts and contents of the three most prominent saponins in 15 samples with qualified contents of ginsenoside Ro and chikusetsusapoin IVa according to the prescription of the Chinese Pharmacopoeia(2020 Edition).CONCLUSION The present study provids scientific evidences for the quality study on roots and rhizomes of wild and cultivated P.japonicus.
