摘  要:目的 研究超声波清洗机的扫频模式对超声空化效应的影响。方法 试验分为常规组和扫频组,常规组按超声波清洗标准流程进行操作,扫频组在常规组操作流程上增加扫频模式。使用铝箔腐蚀法记录超声空化效应,将厚度为15μm的铝箔垂直放入超声清洗槽中心位置,启动超声运行90 s后取出,干燥并采集图片,2组各重复30次,计算铝箔腐蚀面积的百分比,通过计算标准差评价铝箔腐蚀分布的均匀性。结果 扫频组铝箔腐蚀面积百分比为(4.24±0.48)%,常规组为(3.38±0.48)%。扫频组铝箔腐蚀分布的标准差为(4.54±0.50)%,常规组为5.28%,扫频组的铝箔腐蚀分布均匀性好于常规组。结论 超声波清洗机的扫频模式能够增加产生空化效应的区域,提高空化效应分布的均匀性,减少驻波造成的清洗盲区。Objective To investigate the influence of frequency sweeping mode of ultrasonic cleaner on ultrasonic cavitation effect.Methods The experiment was divided into the conventional group and frequency sweeping group,and the conventional group was operated according to the standard ultrasonic cleaning process and the frequency sweeping group added a frequency sweeping mode to the operation procedure of the conventional group.The ultrasonic cavitation effect was recorded using the aluminum foil corrosion method.The aluminum foil with a thickness of 15 μm was placed vertically into the center of the ultrasonic cleaning tank,the ultrasonic operation was started for 90 s and then the aluminum foil was taken out and dried,and the images were collected.The images were repeated 30 times in each group.The percentage of corrosion area of the aluminum foil was calculated,and the uniformity of the corrosion distribution of the aluminum foil was evaluated by calculating the standard deviation.Results The percentage of corrosion area of sweeping aluminum foil in the frequency sweeping group was(4.24±0.48)%,and(3.38±0.48)% in the conventional group.The standard deviation of corrosion distribution of aluminum foil in the frequency sweeping group was(4.54±0.50)%,and 5.28% in the conventional group.The uniformity of corrosion distribution of aluminum foil in the frequency sweeping group was better than that in the conventional group.Conclusion The frequency sweeping mode of ultrasonic cleaner can increase the area of cavitation effect,improve the uniformity of cavitation effect distribution,and reduce the cleaning blind zone caused by standing waves.
