惠州市水土保持现状评价与需求

摘　　要：本文对惠州市水土保持现状进行了评价,并分析了“十四五”期间水土保持需求,惠州市水土保持成果显著,水土流失新增面积呈现明显减少的趋势,水源环境持续改善,取得了良好的生态效益。在新时期发展背景下,结合水土流失现状、经济发展、未来发展形势、人居环境四个方面对水土保持需求进行了分析探讨,明确了持续加强水土保持工作是惠州市新时期防治水土流失,解决经济发展与水土保持矛盾,保持未来发展竞争力,持续改善人居环境的重要支撑和保障。This paper evaluates the current situation of soil and water conservation in Huizhou.Huizhou has achieved remarkable results in soil and water conservation,the new area of soil and water loss has shown a significant reduction trend,the water source environment has been continuously improved,and good ecological benefits have been achieved.Under the development background of the new era,combined with the current situation of soil and water loss,economic development,future development situation and living environment,this paper analyzes and discusses the needs of soil and water conservation.It is clear that continuously strengthening water and soil conservation is an important support and guarantee for Huizhou to prevent and control water and soil loss in the new period,solve the contradiction between economic development and water and soil conservation,maintain future development competitiveness and continuously improve the living environment.
