数据要素价值化与实体经济高质量发展

摘　　要：选取2011—2020年中国30个省区市面板数据,利用空间杜宾模型实证检验数据要素价值化对实体经济高质量发展的影响及作用机制。研究结果显示:数据要素价值化对本地区实体经济高质量发展的影响呈现“U”型非线性特征,但空间溢出效应尚不显著;数据要素价值化对实体经济高质量发展的影响存在地区异质性,东部地区为线性上升趋势,中部、西部地区则表现出显著的“U”型趋势。进一步分析发现,数据要素价值化通过技术创新渠道影响实体经济高质量发展。就此,从制度框架制定、差异化区域发展战略以及技术创新三方面提出对策建议,助力中国经济高质量发展。Based on the Panel data of 30 provinces,autonomous regions and cities in China from 2011—2020,this paper analyzes the impact impact of data element value on the high-quality development of the real economy and its mechanism.The research results show that the impact of data element value on the high-quality development of the local real economy exhibits a"U"shaped nonlinear characteristic,but the spatial spillover effect is not significant yet.The impact of the value of data elements on the high-quality development of the real economy has regional heterogeneity.The eastern region shows a linear upward trend,while the central and western regions show a significant"U"shaped effect.Further analysis shows that the value of data elements affects the high-quality development of the real economy through technological innovation channels.In this regard,countermeasures and suggestions are put forward from the formulation of institutional framework,differentiated regional development strategy and technological innovation to help the high-quality development of China's economic.
