摘　　要：为探索我国静脉产业发展过程中产业链、创新链、服务链和资金链的协同度,构建静脉产业四链协同度评价体系,并以我国2个典型的静脉产业园为例进行实证研究。结果表明:在2006—2016年间天津子牙和西安高新2个静脉产业园的产业链、创新链、服务链、资金链子系统有序度均呈上升趋势,四链复合系统的协同度在0~0.2区间范围内平稳上升。当政府或园区重视某一个链条的发展时,该链条对应的能力就有较大提升,有序度相应提高,政府和园区应当重视四链的协同发展。研究表明,我国静脉产业的产业链、创新链、服务链和资金链的协同度有进一步提升的空间,政府应加强产业链、创新链、服务链和资金链之间的协调管理工作,鼓励静脉企业创新,同时政府和相关服务企业要做好服务工作,理顺中小静脉企业的融资渠道,为我国静脉产业创造一个良好的营商环境。In order to explore the synergy degree of industrial chain,innovation chain,service chain and capital chain in the development process of China's venous industry,the evaluation system of four chains synergy degree of vein industry is constructed and empirical research is conducted with two typical vein industrial parks in China as examples.The research shows that the orderliness of industrial chain,innovation chain,service chain and capital chain subsystems of the two vein industrial parks in Tianjin Ziya and Xi'an High-tech during 2006-2016 showed an increasing trend,the synergy degree of the four-chain composite system is in a steady rising level within the range of 0 to 0.2.When the government or the park attaches importance to the development of a certain chain,the corresponding capacity of the chain will be greatly improved,and the degree of order will be improved accordingly,so the government should pay attention to the coordinated development of the four chain capabilities,encourage venous enterprises to innovate,while the government and related service enterprises should do service work well,rationalize the financing channels of small and medium-sized venous enterprises,and create a good business environment for vein industry.
