摘  要:针对车灯表面镀铝处理工装行业内存在的问题,提出使用3D打印成型的316L不锈钢镀铝工装替代水电镀铜模工装,研究了3D打印镀铝工装在车灯镀铝作业使用过程中的可行性。首先3D扫描设备检查3D打印镀铝工装的变形量分布,然后放入NaOH溶液池中进行除铝及后续烘箱高温烘干实验,最后对工装在镀铝机内进行正常镀铝作业稳定性的持续跟进验证,最终通过验证确认了其可行。This article aims to address the issues in the aluminum plating process of car lamp surfaces in the industry,and proposes using 3D printed 316L stainless steel aluminum plating tooling to replace the copper plating mold tooling for water and electricity.The feasibility of using 3D printed aluminum plating tooling in car lamp aluminum plating operations is studied.Firstly,the 3D scanning equipment checks the deformation distribution of the 3D printing aluminum plating fixture,and then puts it into a NaOH solution pool for aluminum removal and subsequent high-temperature drying experiments in an oven.Finally,continuous follow-up verification is conducted on the stability of the fixture during normal aluminum plating operations in the aluminum plating machine.Finally,its feasibility is confirmed through verification.
