摘　　要：为提高配电网问题诊断效率,提出一种规则引擎驱动的配电网问题诊断方法。构建配电网问题诊断规则引擎的事实库、规则库和推理机。研究了配电网问题的机理,编写事实库;从配电网规划目标、问题涉及范围和问题表现层级3个维度构建配电网问题诊断规则库;基于Rete算法设计推理机和驱动机制,根据规则库的诊断规则对事实库的配电设备数据进行问题诊断。所提方法实现了诊断规则与输入数据、推理组件的分离,算例验证了所提方法对配电网问题诊断的有效性。To improve the diagnosis efficiency of distribution network problems,a diagnosis method for distribution net⁃work problems driven by rule engine is proposed in this paper.The fact base,rule base and inference engine for the rule engine of distribution network problem diagnosis are constructed.The mechanism of distribution network problems is studied,and the fact base is compiled.From three dimensions of distribution network planning objective,problem scope and problem expression level,the rule base for distribution network problem diagnosis is constructed.The infer⁃ence engine and driving mechanism are designed based on the Rete algorithm,and the problem diagnosis of distribu⁃tion equipment data in the fact base is carried out according to diagnosis rule in the rule base.The proposed method real⁃izes the separation of diagnosis rules from the input data and inference components,and the result of a numerical exam⁃ple verifies its effectiveness in the diagnosis of distribution network problems.
