中医药治疗产后缺乳研究进展

摘　　要：中医学认为产后缺乳汁属于古籍中“乳汁不行”“乳汁不足”等范畴。缺乳者多因气血失调。中医药治疗产后缺乳的方法主要包括中医内治法和中医外治法。中医内治疗法如单方药、复方药、中成药及食疗等;中医外治疗法如针灸、推拿等。文章从中医药方面着手,对产后缺乳病因病机、治疗方法进行初步探讨。Traditional Chinese medicine believes that postpartum lack of milk belongs to the categories of“milk is not good”and“milk is insufficient”in ancient books.Lack of milk is mostly due to qi and blood disorders.The methods of traditional Chinese medicine for postpartum hypogalactia mainly include internal treatment and external treatment of traditional Chinese medicine.Internal treatment of traditional Chinese medicine,such as single prescription medicine,compound medicine,Chinese patent medicine and diet therapy;External treatment of traditional Chinese medicine such as acupuncture,massage and so on.In this paper,the etiology,pathogenesis and treatment methods of postpartum hypogalacia are preliminarily discussed from the perspective of traditional Chinese medicine.
