马占学主任治疗膝骨性关节炎经验撷要

摘　　要：膝骨性关节炎是临床常见的关节病,严重影响着中老年人的身心健康和生活质量。马占学主任在多年行医过程中,总结膝骨性关节炎发病以血瘀痹阻为标、肝肾亏虚为本,同时受心脑神气调控。在治疗上,马占学主任以活血化瘀、培补肝肾为治则,运用针药结合方法治疗该病,取得了较好的临床效果。Knee osteoarthritis is a common clinical joint disease,which seriously affects the physical and mental health and quality of life of middle-aged and elderly people.During many years of medical practice,director Ma Zhanxue has summarized that knee osteoarthritis is based on blood stasis and stagnation,the deficiency of liver and kidney,and it is regulated by heart and brain qi.In terms of treatment,director Ma took promoting blood circulation and removing blood stasis,nourishing the liver and kidney as the basic principles.He combines acupuncture and decoction to treat the disease,which achieves good clinical results.
