新型研发机构的平台建设与运行评价路径探讨

摘　　要：针对新型研发机构目前的发展困境,本文提出新型研发机构要建设符合自身发展的平台——科研平台和检测平台,并且结合当下形势给出了如何建设好科研平台和检测平台的建议;为保证平台的良性发展文中也提到了科研平台和检测平台的运行管理机制和考核机制,科研平台和检测平台也要注重协同发展带来的新效应。本文为新型研发机构下的平台建设提供了建设路径和运行评价路径。Focusing on the current development difficulties of new-type research and development institutions,the paper proposes that the institutions should build their own platforms,including scientific research platforms and detection platforms,that caters to their development,and advised on how to build scientific research platform and detection platform well,based on the current situation.In order to ensure the sound development of platforms,the paper also mentions the operation management mechanism and evaluation mechanism for scientific research platforms and detection platforms.Also,scientific research platforms and detection platforms should pay attention to the new effects brought by the collaborative development.This paper provides the paths of construction and operation evaluation for the platform construction of new-type research and development institutions.
