认知交互作用下体育院校大学生就业压力的应对研究

摘　　要：采用文献资料研究、问卷调查和实地访谈等方法,从认知交互作用理论视角对体育院校大学生就业压力应对方式及引导策略展开分析。研究认为,多重趋避的认知决策对体育院校毕业生来说更为合理,“适者生存”更有利于体育院校毕业生的就业选择,人格特质导致体育院校学生压力应对方式多样化。在此基础上,提出体育院校大学生就业压力应对的引导策略:大学生应做好就业规划与情绪调整,体育院校应有针对性地干预学生不良情绪,政府有关部门应加快创新就业指导工作体系。By means of literature research,questionnaire survey and field interview,the coping methods and guidance strategies of sports college students are analyzed from the perspective of cognitive interaction theory.According to the study,the cognitive decision of multiple avoidance is more reasonable for PE graduates,"survival of the fittest"is more conducive to the employment choice of PE graduates,and personality traits lead to the diversification of stress coping ways of PE students.On this basis,the paper puts forward the guidance strategy:college students should do a good job in employment planning and emotional adjustment,sports colleges should intervene in students'bad mood,and the relevant government departments should speed up the innovation of employment guidance system.
