摘 要:倾斜摄影、激光点云技术广泛应用于三维(3D)模型的建设,在全面建设实景三维中国的关键时期,职能部门对基于三维模型的业务管理需求越来越多,三维模型单体化、对象化管理要求愈来愈迫切,测绘地理信息、实景三维技术在跨领域的应用潜力巨大。本文以特色建筑为研究对象,探讨了倾斜摄影测量和激光点云的多源三维模型融合、室内外一体化三维建模方法和应用方案,以室内外三维一体化的工作为典型案例,提出利用测绘技术、实景三维技术、“互联网+”等技术服务智能化管理平台的构建方式,为测绘地理信息发挥多行业支撑作用提供了一种新的应用模式。Tilt photography and laser point cloud technology is widely used in real scene three-dimensional(3D)models.In the critical period of building the 3D Real Scene in China,the government departments have more and more demands for business management based on 3D models and single and object-oriented management of 3D models,and the potential for cross disciplinary applications of surveying and mapping geographic information and real-life 3D technology is enormous.This paper took the buildings as the research object,discussed the multi-source 3D model fusion of tilt photogrammetry and laser point cloud,the indoor and outdoor 3D modeling method,and application scheme.It took the indoor and outdoor three-dimensional as a typical case,and proposed a construction method of using surveying and mapping technology,3D real scene technology,"Internet+"and other technologies to serve the intelligent management platform,which provided a new application mode for surveying and mapping geographic information.
