摘　　要：针对北京市不动产登记系统模糊查询响应迟缓、实时空间分析薄弱等问题,本文首先介绍了弹性搜索(ElasticSearch)存储引擎在联机分析处理方面的优势,并给出了基于ElasticSearch技术栈构建不动产登记专题数据仓库的设计原则和数据模型。通过建设数据仓库并与不动产登记平台进行集成,弥补当前系统在查询和分析方面的短板,优化了运行瓶颈。相关研究为进一步挖掘提升北京不动产登记大数据服务能力积累了经验。Aiming at the slow response of fuzzy query and weak real-time spatial analysis in Beijing's real estate registration system,this paper introduced the advantages of Elastic Search in OLAP,and proposed the design principles and data models for building a data warehouse for real estate registration based on the Elastic Search technology stack.By building a data warehouse and integrating with the real estate registration platform,it made up for the shortcomings of the current system in terms of query and analysis,and optimized the operation bottleneck.The relevant research accumulated experience for further mining and improving Beijing's real estate registration big data service capabilities.
