摘　　要：根据北京市进一步优化营商环境行动计划要求,梳理了北京市规划和自然资源委员会公示公告类业务数据,优化了北京市规划和自然资源委员会官方网站信息公示业务流程,研究了基于天地图的城乡规划和自然资源管理领域空间信息数据的落图与展示。通过电子地图技术,将规划审批的文本信息及位置信息进行地图可视化表达,落实了北京市优化营商环境的要求,为公众提供了便捷、及时、准确、更加直观的空间信息查询服务。According to the requirements of the Beijing action plan for optimizing the business environment,we sorted out the public announcement business data of the Beijing Municipal Commission of Planning and Natural Resources,optimized the business process of information publicity on the official website of the Beijing Municipal Commission of Planning and Natural Resources,studied the mapping and display of spatial information data in urban and rural planning and natural resource management based on Beijing Platform for Common Geospatial Information Services.Through electronic map technology,the text information and location information of planning approval were visualized on the map to implement the requirements of Beijing for optimizing the business environment,which provided convenient,timely and accurate spatial information query services for the public.
