摘 要:鉴于逆变器采用空间矢量脉宽调制(SVPWM)控制时每个扇区中基本矢量和零矢量的选择和放置方式不仅会影响到逆变器输出电压谐波性能,而且会影响到逆变器的开关损耗,本文研究了一种带纯阻性负载时可明显减小开关损耗的空间矢量调制策略.首先分析了空间矢量的放置对输出电压的影响,然后推导了相应的逆变器相桥臂参考电压信号分段表达式,最后给出了仿真结果.仿真分析表明,与常规的空间矢量调制策略相比,减小开关损耗的空间矢量调制策略的效率以及谐波性能更优.In view of the fact that when inverter uses space vector pulse width modulation(SVPWM)control,the selection and placement of the basic vector and zero vector in each sector of the inverter will not only affect its output voltage harmonic performance,but also affect its switching losses.This paper makes a study on a space vector modulation strategy which can significantly reduce switching losses when pure resistive load is carried.Firstly,the paper analyzes the influence of space vector placement on the output voltage,then derives the corresponding segmented expression of the reference voltage signal of the inverter phase bridge arm,and finally,presents the simulation results.The simulation analysis shows that compared with the conventional space vector modulation strategy,the space vector modulation strategy with reduced switching loss has better efficiency and harmonic performance.
