摘　　要：钢琴产业链的稳定和发展是促进文化产业转型升级、推动山东省经济高质量发展的题中之义。鉴于此,利用SWOT分析法剖析山东省钢琴产业链发展的优势、劣势、机遇和挑战,寻找其发展的有效路径。研究发现:丰富的文化资源、完备的制造业门类和“互联网+”战略是山东省钢琴产业链的重要优势,复合型人才匮乏、认证资质缺乏导致品牌带动力不足和市场乱象频发是山东省钢琴产业链发展的劣势;区域性利好政策支持、居民消费升级和文化艺术交流兴盛为山东省钢琴产业链发展提供了机遇,但也面临替代品进入威胁增加、经济下行压力加剧的市场挑战。因此,要充分结合山东省的人才、数据、市场等方面的相对优势,推动山东省钢琴产业链上中下游的高质量发展。The stability and development of the piano industry chain is of significant in promoting the transformation and upgrading of the cultural industry and promoting the high-quality economic development of Shandong province.In view of this,the paper uses SWOT analysis to analyze the advantages,disadvantages,opportunities and challenges of the development of the piano industry chain in Shandong province,and to find an effective path for its development.It is found that rich cultural resources,complete manufacturing industry and the“internet+”strategy are the important advantages of the piano industry chain in Shandong province,while the lack of compound talents,certification and qualifi cation,which were caused by the lack of brand driving force and frequent market chaos,are the disadvantages of the development of Shandong’s piano industry chain.While the support of favorable regional policies,the upgrading of residents’consumption and the prosperity of cultural and artistic exchanges provide opportunities for the development of Shandong’s piano industry chain,it is also facing the market challenges such as the increasing threat of substitute entry and the worsening economic downward pressure.Therefore,it is necessary to fully combine the comparative advantages of talent,data and market in Shandong province to promote the high-quality development of the upstream,midstream and downstream of the piano industry chain in Shandong province.
