大学生思想政治教育评价问题的结构功能调适

摘  要:大学生思想政治教育评价是大学生思想政治教育改革发展的“指挥棒”。针对大学生思想政治教育评价存在的“以量代性”“以面带点”“以偏概全”“以静遮动”问题,运用帕森斯结构功能分析框架加以分析。结果表明,这些问题是因大学生思想政治教育评价结构功能的失调而造成的:评价适应功能失调导致评价方法的“以量代性”,评价目标达成功能失调导致评价过程的“以面带点”,评价整合功能失调导致评价内容的“以偏概全”,评价模式维持功能失调导致评价功能的“以静遮动”。因此,为保障大学生思想政治教育评价的“机体健康”,应有针对性地对大学生思想政治教育评价进行结构功能调适。研究认为可通过推进以大学生为中心的精准评价、探索人机交互的评价方式、优化全员全程全域的评价组织、完善大学生思想政治教育终身评价制度等手段,调适大学生思想政治教育的适应功能、目标达成功能、整合功能和模式维持功能。The evaluation of college students’ideological and political education is helpful for the reform and development of college students’ideological and political education.In view of the problems existing in the evaluation of ideological and political education of college students,such as“replacing qualitative evaluation with quantitative evaluation”,“representing internal evaluation with surface evaluation”,“summarizing comprehensive evaluation through one-sided evaluation” and“masking dynamic evaluation with static evaluation”,this paper uses Parson’s structural and functional analysis framework.The results show that these problems are caused by the dysfunction of educational evaluation structure of ideological and political education of college students:the dissonance of the evaluation adaptation function leads to the phenomenon of“replacing qualitative evaluation with quantitative evaluation”of the evaluation method,the dissonance of the evaluation goal achievement function leads to the problem of“representing internal evaluation with surface evaluation”of the evaluation process,the dissonance of the evaluation integrating functional leads to the question of“summarize comprehensive evaluation through one-sided evaluation”of the evaluation content,and the dissonance of the evaluation mode maintenance function leads to the problem of“masking dynamic evaluation with static evaluation”.Therefore,in order to ensure the eff ectiveness of the evaluation of ideological and political education of college students,it should focus on adjusting the structure and function of the evaluation.It is believed that the adaptive function,goal achievement function,integration function and mode function of college students’ideological and political education can be adjusted by promoting the accurate evaluation centered on college students,exploring the evaluation method of human-computer interaction,optimizing the evaluation organization of the whole process and the whole domain,and improving t
