头针联合康复训练对脑出血患者的影响

摘　　要：目的:探讨头针联合康复训练对脑出血康复期患者的影响。方法:招募2021年1月至2022年3月在粤北人民医院康复科住院的脑出血康复期患者50例,并随机分为两组:对照组和观察组,每组25例。对照组进行常规康复训练治疗,观察组进行头针联合康复训练治疗。结果:两组在治疗后以及随访的Fugl-Meyer量表(FMA)、蒙特利尔认知评估量表(MoCA)和改良Barthel指数(MBI)的评分均高于治疗前(P<0.05),且观察组的FMA、MoCA和MBI评分均高于对照组(P<0.05)。两组患者治疗后以及随访的脑源性神经营养因子(Brain-derived neurotrophic factor,BDNF)含量高于治疗前(P<0.05),观察组患者BDNF含量高于对照组(P<0.05);两组患者白介素6(Interleukin-6,IL-6)含量均低于治疗前(P<0.05),观察组患者IL-6含量低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:头针联合康复训练能够明显改善脑出血康复期患者的运动功能、认知功能以及生活质量,且在改善神经营养因子以及炎症反应方面也有一定的优势。Objective:To explore the effect of cephalic acupuncture combined with rehabilitation training on patients with cerebral hemorrhage.Methods:A total of 50 patients with intracerebral hemorrhage who were hospitalized in the Department of Rehabilitation of Yuebei People's Hospital from January 2021 to March 2022 were recruited and randomly divided into two groups:control group and observation group,with 25 patients in each group.The control group received routine rehabilitation training,and the observation group received cephalic acupuncture combined with routine rehabilitation training.Results:The scores of FuGL-Meyer Scale(FMA),Montreal Cognitive Assessment Scale(MoCA)and Modified Barthel Index(MBI)in both groups were higher after treatment and follow-up than before treatment(P<0.05),and the scores of FMA,MoCA and MBI in the observation group were significantly higher than those in the control group(P<0.05).The content of brain-derived neurotrophic factor(BDNF)in 2 groups after treatment and during follow-up was significantly higher than that before treatment(P<0.05),and the content of BDNF in observation group was significantly higher than that in control group(P<0.05).After treatment and during follow-up,interleukin-6(IL-6)content in 2 groups was lower than those before treatment(P<0.05),and IL-6 content in observation group was significantly lower than that of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:Cephalic acupuncture combined with rehabilitation training can significantly improve the motor function,cognitive function and quality of life of patients with hemorrhagic stroke during rehabilitation.In addition,it also has certain advantages in improving neurotrophic factor and inflammatory response.
