摘　　要：瑞马唑仑是一种短效γ氨基丁酸A型(γ-aminobutyric acid type A,GABAA)受体激动剂,是一种新型苯二氮卓类(Benzodiazepines,BDZs)药物。瑞马唑仑是在咪达唑仑的结构基础上增加了羧酸酯部分,并通过与瑞芬太尼类似的结构修饰合成的药物,其结合了两种药物的特性,具有抗焦虑和顺应性遗忘、起效和代谢迅速、不依赖肝肾代谢、有特异性拮抗剂氟马西尼等特点。目前瑞马唑仑在临床麻醉中的应用研究逐渐增加,其镇静方面具有独特的优势。本文主要对瑞马唑仑的作用机制、瑞马唑仑在无痛诊疗、全身麻醉及区域阻滞麻醉辅助镇静方面的临床应用研究进行综述,旨在为临床应用提供参考。Ramazolam is a short actingγ-aminobutyric acid type A(GABAA)receptor agonist.It is a new benzodiazepines(BDZs)drug.Remazolam is a drug synthesized by adding carboxylic acid ester on the basis of midazolam structure and modifying the structure similar to remifentanil.It combines the characteristics of the two drugs,and has the characteristics of anti anxiety and compliance forgetting,rapid onset and metabolism,independent of liver and kidney metabolism,and specific antagonist-flumazenil.At present,the research on the application of remazolam in clinical anesthesia is gradually increasing,and it has unique advantages in sedation.This paper mainly reviews the mechanism of action of remazolam,the clinical application research progress of remazolam in painless diagnosis and treatment,general anesthesia and regional block anesthesia assisted sedation,in order to provide reference for clinical application.
