园林工程项目施工阶段工程造价动态控制研究

摘　　要：园林工程造价是提高企业经济收益的核心,只有提高园林工程造价动态管理与控制的整体质量,才能切实保障企业切身利益,进一步提高企业的核心竞争力。目前,园林企业的工程造价动态管控工作仍有较多亟待改进的问题,这些问题若不能得到及时处理,将严重影响园林工程的建设施工,企业经济效益也难以得到保障。本文分析了园林工程造价动态管控过程中存在的主要问题,并有针对性地提出了优化园林工程施工阶段工程造价动态控制的建议。The cost of landscape engineering is the core of improving the economic income of enterprises,and only by improving the overall quality of dynamic management and control of landscape engineering costs,the vital interests of enterprises can be effectively ensured and the core competitiveness of enterprises can be further improved.At present,there are still many problems that need to be improved in the dynamic control of engineering costs of landscape enterprises.If these problems cannot be dealt with in time,they will seriously affect the construction of landscape engineering,and it is difficult to guarantee economic benefits of enterprises.This paper analyzes the main problems in the process of dynamic cost control of landscape engineering,and puts forward targeted suggestions to optimize the dynamic control of engineering cost in the construction stage of landscape engineering.
