摘　　要：该研究以湖北汽车工业学院大学生创新创业孵化基地的运营状况为研究对象,在系统梳理孵化基地运营与管理现状和主要短板的基础上,有针对性地提出了提升基地运营效果的建设性措施,以期更好地为大学生创业企业服务并营造出良好的创新创业氛围,最终助推地方经济高质量发展。Taking the operation status of the innovation and entrepreneurship incubation base of the writers’school as the research object,this study puts forward constructive measures to improve the operation effect of the base on the basis of systematically sorting out the current status of the operation and management of the incubation base and the main shortcomings,in order to better serve college students’entrepreneurial enterprises and create a good atmosphere for innovation and entrepreneurship,and ultimately boost the high-quality development of the local economy.
