摘　　要：目的 探讨A型肉毒毒素辅助Coleman高密度脂肪移植治疗雷诺综合征的临床应用效果。方法 选取2020年7月至2021年12月于遵义医科大学附属医院收治的12例雷诺综合征患者,评估A型肉毒毒素辅助自体脂肪移植注射治疗6个月后的疼痛冰冷时间、冰冷、麻木等症状改善程度。结果 患者术后6个月患肢疼痛程度、持续时间、24 h疼痛发作次数明显降低(P<0.05),患肢手指冰冷时间、24 h冰冷次数、麻木持续时间明显降低(P<0.05)。患肢冷水试验及握拳试验刺激发作较术前降低,冷水试验阳性转阴性率25%,握拳试验转阴性率45.5%。结论 A型肉毒毒素辅助Coleman高密度脂肪移植治疗雷诺综合征效果确切,值得临床推广应用。Objective To discuss the clinical effect of botulinum toxin A combined with Coleman high-density fat grafting in the treatment of Raynaud's syndrome.Methods Twelve patients with Raynaud's syndrome admitted to the Affiliated Hospital of Zunyi Medical University from July 2020 to December 2021 were selected.The clinical efficacy of the patients was evaluated in terms of pain,cold time and numbness were evaluated at six-month after treatment of botulinum toxin A combined with Coleman high-density fat grafting.Results The pain degree,duration,and 24-hour pain episodes in the patient's affected limb were significantly reduced 6 months after operation(P<0.05).The cold time,number of cold times per 24 hours and duration of numbness were significantly decreased(P<0.05).The cold-water test and fist-clenching test of the affected limbs were lower than those before the operation.After treatment,the positive-to-negative rate of the cold-water test was 25%,and the positive-to-negative rate of the fist-clenched test was 45.5%.Conclusion Botulinum toxin A combined with Coleman high-density fat grafting is effective in the treatment of Raynaud's syndrome,and it is worthy of clinical application.
