摘　　要：营养治疗在重症烧伤的救治中发挥重要作用,随着对重症烧伤后代谢规律和机体反应认识的不断深入,营养治疗的理念和措施也在不断地发展与进步。允许性低热量营养是一种针对重症患者的营养管理方式,一般指能量摄入低于70%能量需求的营养供给方式。该文旨在综述重症烧伤后的代谢特点,以及允许性低热量营养的实施时机、持续时间、目标热量和营养内容等,以期为临床医师的临床决策提供借鉴,提高重症烧伤患者营养治疗的效果,改善患者预后。Nutritional therapy plays an important role in the treatment of severe burns.With the deepening understanding of metabolic patterns and body responses after severe burns,the concepts and measures of nutritional therapy are also constantly developing and improving.Permissive hypocaloric nutrition is a nutritional management approach for critically ill patients,which generally refers to a nutritional administration method in which energy intake is lower than 70%of caloric requirement.This article aims to review the metabolic characteristics after severe burns,as well as the implementation timing,duration,target calories,and nutritional content of permissive hypocaloric nutrition,in order to provide reference for clinical decision-making by clinical physicians,improve the efficacy of nutritional treatment for severe burn patients,and improve patients'prognosis.
