南宋泉州市舶使王橚考  

A Study of Quanzhou Shiboshi Wang Su in the Southern Song Dynasty

摘　　要：王橚,咸淳元年至三年(1265—1267)任泉州市舶司提举。因“蒲八(大)官人漏舶”案,有受贿之嫌被罢官;又因送权相贾似道“钿屏十副”事,而被认为是泉州市舶司历史上的贪官。然,分析刘克庄《送舶使王监丞》以及周密《林乔传》《挽王茂悦提舶》诗二首,可以得出:王橚被罢,恐为人所设计。在泉期间,他与大蕃商蒲寿庚之兄、华化诗人蒲寿宬交谊甚厚。结合其他史料,可知王橚不仅是一位能干的官员,还是一位颇有才华的文学家和画家。Wang Su served as the head of Quanzhou Shibosi(Maritime Trade Office)from 1265 to 1267.He was later dismissed on suspicion of taking bribes from a foreign merchant named Pu Ba,who was involved in tax evasion;in addition,he gave Prime Minister Jia Sidao ten screens with mother-of-pearl inlay,and based on that,scholars in the past thought that he was a corrupt official in the history of Quanzhou Shibosi.Through the analysis of Liu Kezhuang’s Song Boshi Wang Jiancheng and Zhou Mi’s poems entitled Biography of Lin Qiao and Wan Wang Maoyue Tibo,it can be concluded that Wang Su’s dismissal might be due to slander.When he was in Quanzhou,he became a close friend of Pu Shoucheng,elder brother of merchant Pu Shougeng and a chinesized poet.Based on other historical records,we can know that Wang Su was not only a capable official,but also a talented writer and painter.
