摘　　要：目的:观察回授法健康教育在经外周静脉置入中心静脉导管(PICC)肿瘤患者中的应用效果。方法:选取2021-01~2022-01行PICC置管的96例肿瘤患者为研究对象,采用随机数字表法将其分为对照组48例和干预组48例。对照组给予常规护理,干预组给予回授法健康教育干预。比较两组干预3个月后的前后心理状态[采用医院焦虑抑郁量表(HADS)]、置管期间并发症的发生情况及生活质量[采用健康调查简表(SF-36)]。结果:两组干预3个月后,干预组HADS得分低于对照组(P<0.05);干预组患者带管期间并发症的发生情况少于对照组(P<0.05);干预组SF-36各项评分均高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:回授法健康教育可以减缓肿瘤患者因置管所带来的心理压力,还可以减少并发症的发生,同时提升患者的生活质量。Objective:To observe the effect of health education with feedback method on tumor patients with central venous catheter(PICC)inserted through peripheral vein.Methods:A total of 96 tumor patients who received PICC catheterization from January 2021 to January 2022 were selected as the study objects,and were divided into control group(48 cases)and intervention group(48 cases)by random number table method.The control group was given routine nursing measures,and the intervention group was given the teaching-back method of health education intervention on the basis of the control group.The psychological state[using the Hospital Anxiety and Depression Scale(HADS)],the incidence of complications during catheter placement and the quality of life[using the Health Survey Short Form(SF-36)]were compared between the two groups after three months of intervention.Results:After three months of intervention in the two groups,HADS score of intervention group was lower than that of the control group(P<0.05);the incidence of complications in the intervention group was less than that in the control group(P<0.05);The SF-36 scores of the intervention group were higher than those of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:The teaching-back method of health education can reduce the psychological pressure of tumor patients during intubation,reduce the incidence of complications and improve the quality of life of patients.
