摘  要:感音神经性聋是一种常见的致残性内耳疾病,由于耳蜗、听神经或听觉中枢部位产生病变引起,具有不可逆性,目前尚无法通过药物治疗。外泌体是细胞主动分泌到胞外的具有生物活性的纳米级双层脂质囊泡,包括多种特异性蛋白质、脂质和核酸,靶向作用于受体细胞,参与细胞间信息交流。研究发现,外泌体可能参与听觉细胞间物质传递及信息交流。本文综述外泌体在感音神经性聋发生发展中的作用和潜在临床应用价值的相关研究进展。Sensorineural hearing loss(SNHL)is a common disabling disease.It is caused by a lesion in the cochlea,auditory nerve or the auditory center in brain.SNHL is irreversible.There is currently no medical treatment.Exosomes are biologically active nano-scale double-layered lipid vesicles that are actively secreted by cells.They include a variety of specific proteins,lipids,and nucleic acids.They target the recipient cells and participate in the exchange of information between cells.It has been found that exosomes might be involved in material transmission and information exchange between auditory cells.This article reviews research progress on the role of exosomes in SNHL and its potential clinical application.
