摘　　要：建党百年来,反腐败犯罪立法经历从无到有、从简约到细密的过程,现已形成较为科学完善的反腐败犯罪立法体系。百年反腐败犯罪立法昭示:坚持依法反腐与依规治腐的统一,坚持反腐败犯罪立法与反腐败机构建设的统一,坚持反腐败犯罪立法与腐败犯罪变化的统一,坚持惩办从严与从宽的统一,坚持反腐败犯罪立法与严格反腐败执法的统一。随着时代的变迁,各种腐败变种层出不穷,未来反腐败犯罪立法的重点是:增设新罪名,扩大腐败犯罪对象范围,严密腐败犯罪法网;加强反腐败犯罪立法与《监察法》的衔接,化解立法矛盾;加强反腐败犯罪立法与党内法规的衔接,实现纪法统一;加强反腐败犯罪执法,保证腐败犯罪立法的现实化。In the past hundred years since the founding of the Party,legislation against corruption crimes has experienced a process of development from mere simple scratches to a detailed massive creation,and has formed a relatively scientific and perfect legislation system.Anti-corruption legislation in one hundred years reveals the necessity of adherence to the unity of anti-corruption in accordance with the law and in accordance with rules,the unity of criminal legislation against corruption and anti-corruption institution building,the unity of legislation in pace with corruption situation,the unity of severeness and tolerance in making punishments,and the unity of the anti-corruption criminal legislation and law enforcement.With the development of time,various forms of corruption emerge endlessly,and emphasis for future efforts would be put on adding new charges,expanding the targets of corruption crime,and tightening the criminal law net;on strengthening the connection between corruption crime legislation and the Supervision Law to resolve legislative contradictions;on strengthening the connection between legislation and Party rules and disciplines to realize the unification of discipline and law;on strengthening law enforcement to ensure the substantiation of corruption crime legislation.
