摘　　要：周恩来作为党和国家的第一代领导者,十分重视家风家训建设,制定了切实可行的家规家训。周恩来家风家训思想内涵丰富、意义深远,是共产党人高超智慧和崇高人格的生动表达,对新时代党员干部的家风建设具有重要启示。建构新时代共产党人家风家训新的向度,要深入学习周恩来家风家训思想,将历史与现实、理论与实践相结合,引导广大党员干部以优良家风促进党风、政风、民风建设,自觉掌好权、用好权,守住守好守牢政治关、权力关、交往关、生活关、亲情关,以增强党和国家的公信度,提高民众的向心力。As the leader of the Party and the country,Zhou Enlai paid attention to the construction of family atmosphere and family discipline,formulating specific family rules and family disciplines that are feasible and practical.Zhou Enlai's thoughts of family atmosphere and family discipline are rich in connotation and far-reaching in significance,which is the effective expression of the Communists'super-high wisdom and lofy personality enlightening for the family atmosphere construction of Party cadres in the new era.For the construction of a new dimension in the families of communists in the new era,Zhou's thoughts in this regard have to be explored,historical and realistic,and theoretical and practical dimensions to be jointly considered for Party members to promote Party style,administrative style,and civil style so that the public trust of the Party and the state can be improved with an improved public centripetal force of the masses when they consciously execute their power in a well-controlled manner and safeguard the gates of politics,public power,inter-personal relationship,their personal life and their affectionate relations.
