工业用房、自建房改作人员密集场所消防安全问题研究

摘　　要：人员密集场所普遍消防安全风险较高,而由工业用房、自建房改造而成的人员密集场所,由于初始建造时并不是作为此类场所使用,所以缺乏相应的消防安全设计,改建之后会存在更多的消防安全隐患。通过对广东省肇庆市端州区工业用房和自建房改作人员密集场所进行走访调研,了解此类场所的消防安全突出风险,分析社会经济发展特定阶段下此类场所发生消防安全事故的深层次原因,为逐步消除此类场所的火灾隐患和管理漏洞提出建设性的工作建议。Assembly occupancy generally has a high risk of fire safety,and assembly occupancy converted from industrial houses and self-built houses is not used as such places during initial construction.Therefore,there is a lack of corresponding fire safety design,and there will be more fire safety hazards after reconstruction.By visiting and investigating the conversion of industrial houses and self-built houses into assembly occupancy in Duanzhou District,Zhaoqing,Guangdong,the outstanding fire safety risks in such places were understood.The deep-seated reasons for fire safety accidents in such places at a specific stage of social and economic development were analyzed.Constructive work suggestions were put forward to gradually eliminate fire hazards and management loopholes in such places.
