思想政治教育视域下“慢就业”观念的成因及应对

摘　　要：对蚌埠地区大学生群体“慢就业”观念开展调研,从自我认知、学习态度、就业心态、就业观念和规则意识上剖析大学生“慢就业”现象观念的成因;通过打造理论阵地、开展活动实践、营造思想环境三个方面进行大学生的理想信念教育、心理健康教育、职业道德教育及自我教育,全方位应对“慢就业”观念。To investigate the concept of“slow employment”of college students in Bengbu,and analyze the causes of the concept of“slow employment”from the perspectives of self cognition,learning attitude,employment mentality,employment concept and rule awareness.Through the three dimensions of building a theoretical position,carrying out activities and practices,and creating an ideological environment,it should carry out college students’ideal and belief education,mental health education,professional ethics education,and self-education,and comprehensively deal with the concept of“slow employment”.
