《理瀹骈文》中月经病穴位贴敷学术思想探析

摘　　要：《理瀹骈文》,是中国历史上首部论述中医外治法的专著,在中医外治法史上有划时代意义。书中提出的“外治亦本于辨证”“膏统百病”等重要思想对月经病的中医治疗具有重要指导意义。本文通过整理分析《理瀹骈文》中涉及月经病中医外治相关的条文,总结书中月经病的病因病机、中医外治方法的治则治法、贴敷应用等,并归纳其中医外治的学术思想,分析其学术特色,以期为现代月经病的临床治疗提供借鉴。Li Yue Pianwen(Rhymed Discourse for Topical Remedies)is the first monograph on the external treatment of traditional Chinese medicine in the history of China,which is of epoch-making significance in this regard.The important ideas put forward in the book,such as"External treatment should also be based on a syndrome differentiation"and"Plasters can treat all diseases",and so on,have an important guiding significance for the treatment of menstrual diseases in traditional Chinese medicine.This article sorts out and analyzes the articles related to the external treatment of menstrual diseases in the work,summarizes their etiologies and pathogeneses,the principles and methods of their external treatment of traditional Chinese medicine,and the application of the plaster therapy.It also summarizes the academic ideas of external treatment of traditional Chinese medicine,analyzes its academic characteristics,in a bid to provide a reference for the clinical treatment of modern menstrual diseases.
