摘 要:长期以来我国的能源结构以燃煤发电为主,燃煤发电所产生的烟尘是主要的大气颗粒污染物,对环境和人体健康造成了严重的危害,准确监测烟尘排放的速度对于有效防止环境污染具有十分重要的意义。针对静电传感器具有灵敏度高、不受烟道积粉影响、结构简单、成本低等优点,该文采用探针型静电传感器用于电厂烟道粉尘流动参数的测量。通过获取包含丰富两相流流动信息的静电信号,使用基于希尔伯特-黄变换信号处理的空间滤波法对粉尘流动速度进行检测。通过搭建气力输送实验平台测量系统,进行流速的静态特性测试。实验结果表明,使用静电法检测得到的烟尘流速数据具有较大可靠性,测量误差较小,对烟尘流速检测技术有了较大提升和改进。For a long time,China’s energy structure has been dominated by coal-fired power generation.The smoke and dust generated by coal-fired power generation are the main atmospheric particulate pollutants,causing serious harm to the environment and human health.It is very important to monitor the speed of soot emission accurately to prevent environmental pollution effectively.In view of the advantages of electrostatic sensor with high sensitivity,not affected by flue dust accumulation,simple structure and low cost,this paper adopts probe electrostatic sensor to measure dust flow parameters in power plant flue.By acquiring the electrostatic signal which contains rich information of two-phase flow,the dust flow velocity is monitored by the spatial filtering method based on Hilbert-Huang transform.Through constructing pneumatic conveying experiment platform measuring system,the static characteristic of flow velocity is tested.The experimental results show that the electrostatic method used to detect the smoke velocity data has higher reliability,measurement error is smaller,the smoke velocity detection technology has significant improvement.
