摘 要:为研究水中残留青霉素类抗生素的有效去除方法,以阿莫西林(AMX)为研究对象,首先考察不同树脂在酸性条件下对AMX的吸附效果,筛选出含磺酸/磷酸双官能的最佳树脂MTS9570作为吸附剂,深入研究了其对AMX的吸附行为。吸附动力学研究表明,伪二阶和颗粒内扩散模型能较好地描述AMX在MTS9570上的吸附过程,表明AMX在MTS9570上的吸附过程是由化学吸附和颗粒内扩散共同控制,此时最佳吸附量为99.28 mg/g。吸附热力学研究表明,Langmuir等温线适合度最高,说明MTS9570吸附剂表面对AMX存在单层吸附机制。热力学参数ΔH<0、ΔS>0和ΔG<0,表明在固液界面吸附为自发放热且随机性增加的过程。结合上述结果以及吸附剂和吸附质的结构特性,推测MTS9570对AMX的吸附主要由静电作用控制,同时存在氢键。经过6次吸附-解吸循环后,MTS9570的吸附能力仍然能够达到初始吸附容量的77.99%,表明该吸附剂具有良好的可重复使用性。In order to study the effective removal method of residual penicillin antibiotics in water,amoxicillin(AMX)was taken as the research object.Firstly,the adsorption effect of different resins on AMX under acidic conditions was investigated,and the best resin was selected.Then,the best resin with sulfonic acid/phosphoric acid bifunctional MTS9570 was used as the adsorbent to further study its adsorption behavior of AMX.The adsorption kinetics studies show that the pseudo-second-order and intra-particle diffusion models can better describe the adsorption process of AMX on MTS9570,indicating that the adsorption process of AMX on MTS9570 is controlled by chemisorption and intra-particle diffusion,and the optimal adsorption capacity is 99.28 mg/g.According to the adsorption isotherm,Langmuir isotherm has the highest fitness,indicating that there is a single layer adsorption mechanism on the surface of MTS9570 adsorbent.Thermodynamic parameterΔH<0,ΔS>0 andΔG<0,indicating that the adsorption at the solid-liquid interface is a spontaneous exothermic process with increased randomness.Combined with the above results and the structural properties of adsorbent and adsorbates,it is speculated that the adsorption of AMX by MTS9570 may be mainly controlled by electrostatic interaction and hydrogen bonding.After six sorption-desorption cycles,the adsorption capacity of MTS9570 can still reach 77.99%of the initial adsorption capacity,indicating that the adsorbent has good reusability.
