摘　　要：竺可桢是中国著名科学家和教育家,留下长达千万言的个人日记,内容极为丰富,有着重要而特殊的经济科技史料价值。竺可桢日记可以真实再现中国经济史的一些重大事件,反映中国科技事业发展的实际情况,尤其对于准确把握中国早期半导体技术和产业发展水平有着特殊的价值。竺可桢日记的时代意义是,在确立实现高水平科技自立自强目标的今天,仍要坚持对外开放,开拓国际视野,加强科技信息跟踪,跟上世界科技前沿步伐。ZHU Kezhen,a famous scientist and educator who lived through three eras,left behind a personal diary of tens of millions of words,which is extremely rich and has an important and special value in the history of economy and science and technology.Through ZHU Kezhen’s diary,some major events in China’s economic history can be truly reproduced,reflecting the actual development of China’s scientific and technological undertakings,and especially valuable for accurately grasping the level of development of semiconductor technology and industry in early China.The significance of ZHU Kezhen’s diary is that when the goal of achieving a high level of scientific and technological self-reliance and self-improvement has been established,it is still necessary to insist on opening up to the outside world,to develop an international perspective,to strengthen the tracking of scientific and technological information,and to keep pace with the world’s scientific and technological frontiers.
