摘 要:京雄高速公路(北京段)工程永定河特大桥主桥为空间异形飞燕式提篮钢箱拱桥,为满足城市景观需求,该桥大量运用非一致曲率曲线的空间扭曲拱肋、横梁、风撑及变截面钢梁,二维设计软件无法满足复杂空间结构的建造要求,给工程建造带来巨大挑战。通过应用设计-施工全过程BIM正向技术,设计单位采用BIM对全桥各构件进行三维建模,并将BIM模型交付施工,施工单位在设计模型基础上,通过建立GIS+临建+结构精细化模型,对钢结构进行深化设计,建立全流程、集成化、定制化、智能化的BIM管理系统和创新应用,并实时与设计单位进行BIM模型交互,解决该桥空间异形结构的建造难题,提升工程质量,减少施工风险,保证施工工期,提升沟通效率。Yongding River Bridge of Beijing-Xiong’an expressway(Beijing section)project is a spatial special-shaped basket flying swallow type steel box arch bridge.In order to meet the needs of urban landscape,the bridge structure uses a large number of spatial twisted arch ribs,beams,wind braces and variable section steel beams formed by non-uniform curvature curves.The traditional two-dimensional design software cannot support the construction requirements of complex spatial structures,which brings great challenges to construction.Through application of BIM forward technology throughout design construction process,the design unit uses BIM to conduct three-dimensional modeling of various components of entire bridge,and delivers BIM model to construction.On basis of design model,the construction unit establishes a GIS+temporary construction+structural refinement model,steel structure is deepen designed,establishes a full process,integrated,customized,intelligent BIM information management system,and innovative applications,and interact with the design unit in real-time with BIM model,solved the construction problem of the spatial irregular structure of the bridge,improved the engineering quality,reduced construction risks,ensured the construction period,and improved communication efficiency.
