摘  要:为探究喀斯特岩溶地区对特大高边坡毫秒延期爆破开挖施工的影响,以渝怀铁路增建二线怀化枢纽编组站工程GDK1+475—GDK1+750段喀斯特岩溶地区特大高边坡开挖为例,对毫秒延期爆破方法的控制爆破施工原理和特点、施工方法、设计参数选择、飞石抛出最大距离、爆破空气冲击波安全距离、起爆网路的设计以及安全防护方案等关键技术进行介绍。施工结果表明,通过毫秒延期爆破法,克服该124m特大高边坡施工过程中存在的周边环境复杂、施工组织难度大、工期紧张等困难,提升施工效率,最终破岩达到预期效果,具有良好的经济和社会效益。In order to explore the influence of karst area on millisecond delay blasting excavation construction of very large high slope,taking the excavation of very large high slope in karst area in GDK1+475—GDK1+750 section of Huaihua Junction in the second-line addition construction of Chongqing Huaihua Railway as an example.The key technologies of millisecond delay blasting are introduced,such as the construction principle and characteristics of controlled blasting,blasting construction method,selection of blasting design parameters,maximum distance of flying stone throwing,safety distance of blasting air shock wave,design of detonation network and safety protection scheme.The construction results show that the millisecond delay blasting method can overcome the difficulties in the construction process of 124m large high slope,such as complex surrounding environment,difficult construction organization and tight construction period,improve the construction efficiency,and finally achieve the expected effect of rock breaking,which has good economic and social benefits.
