摘 要:随着我国天然气管输机制改革,管输企业实现了从生产型企业向生产经营型企业转型。为帮助管输企业科学高效开展商品天然气运输路径规划,以管输效益为目标函数,管输路径和管输距离为研究对象,研究分析管输业务相关成本之间关系,建立管输效益计算模型,最后利用现场生产数据对建立的模型进行求解验证。研究表明:(1)建立的管输效益计算模型科学有效,模型计算结果符合实际,可以为管输企业市场开发决策提供参考依据;(2)管输企业的利润增长并非随着管输距离增加而持续增加,计算表明在输气量恒定时,管输距离小于5 000 km时,利润随着管输距离增加而快速增长,管输距离超过8 000 km时,管输利润增加放缓,运输距离超过15 000 km时管输利润将开始下滑;(3)管输企业在选择运输路径时,应基于管网生产工况和利润增长情况综合判断,以获得最佳管输效益;(4)未来我国中东部地区将是管输利润的核心增长区域,建议加大市场开发力度,优化新开口位置和数量,以提升管输效益。Natural-gas pipeline transportation industry in China has fulfilled its transformation from production-oriented enterprises to production-operation enterprises with the reform of pipeline transportation mechanisms.So,taken transporta-tion benefits as an objective function as well as transportation route and distance as objectives,the relationship among the costs related to transportation business was analyzed to help these enterprises plan the route to transport commercial natu-ral gas scientifically and efficiently.In addition,a model was established to calculate the benefits,and then solved and ver-ified through real production data.Results show that(i)this established model is scientific and effective,and its calculated findings are in line with true values,which can provide these enterprises with reference and basis for decision making mar-ket development;(ii)for pipeline enterprises,the profit growth does not broaden continuously with the increase of pipeline distance.Calculated results reveal that,at the constant gas transportation volume,the profit may grow swiftly with the in-creasing distance when the transportation distance is less than 5,000 km,slowly when the distance exceeds 8,000 km,and begins to decline when the distance exceeds 15,000 km;(iii)when the enterprises select their own transportation route,they shall make comprehensive judgment according to production conditions and profit growth of pipelines so as to obtain the optimal pipeline transportation benefits;and(iv)mid-eastern China will be the core mounting area of pipeline transpor-tation profit in the future,and it is recommended to expand the strength of market development and optimize both location and number of new openings in an effort to improve pipeline transportation benefits.
