摘 要:针对转子质量9 kg、转速100000 r/min的储能飞轮进行五自由度支承方案多物理场优化设计,包括电磁场、转子动力学、应力场和温度场的设计与仿真分析。通过电磁场仿真对比了同极性永磁偏置径向磁轴承(HOPRMB)与异极性永磁偏置径向磁轴承(HEPRMB)的铁损。为降低储能飞轮系统中磁轴承的损耗,选用HOPRMB来实现径向二自由度支承。采用永磁偏置轴向-径向磁轴承(PARMB)来实现三自由度支承,以缩小飞轮系统的轴向长度。给出了二自由度HOPRMB和三自由度PARMB的理论分析和参数设计优化过程,多物理场仿真结果表明,该磁悬浮轴承支承系统能够满足储能飞轮的设计需求。A five-degree-of-freedom support scheme multi-physical field optimization design was carried out for the energy-storage flywheel with a rotor weight of 9 kg and a rotating speed of 100000 r/min,including the design and simulation analysis of electromagnetic field,rotor dynamics,stress field and temperature field.The iron losses of homopolar permanent magnet biased radial magnetic bearing(HOPRMB)and heteropolar permanent magnet biased radial magnetic bearing(HEPRMB)were compared through electromagnetic field simulation.HOPRMB was selected to realize non-contact support with two-degree-of-freedom radial levitation to reduce the loss of magnetic bearing in the energy storage flywheel system.The permanent magnet biased axial-radial magnetic bearing(PARMB)was selected to realize non-contact support with three-degree-of-freedom levitation to reduce the axial length of the flywheel system.Theoretical analysis and parameter design process of two-degree-of-freedom HOPRMB and three-degree-of-freedom PARMB were presented.The multi-physical field simulation results show that the magnetic suspension bearing support system involved can meet the design requirements of the energy storage flywheel.
