摘 要:对一款12槽2极有刷直流电机开展新型稀土永磁钐铁氮(SmFeN)磁环替代铁氧体磁瓦的应用设计。基于Maxwell 2D平台,对Halbach磁化的SmFeN磁环进行参数设计。通过在磁环极间开设弧形凹槽来优化气隙磁场波形,改善应用Halbach磁环的有刷电机换向性能。仿真分析了弧形凹槽的深度、圆弧角以及边沿的过渡方式对气隙磁场波形的影响,选取了的优化方案。与原机方案相比,碳刷上的电动势均值接近,电机输出性能接近;碳刷电动势脉动大幅降低,电磁转矩脉动得到优化。A new magnetic ring which applicated the new rare earth permanent magnet material SmFeN was designed to replace the ferrite magnetic shoes for a 12-slot 2-pole brush DC motor.The parameters of Halbach magnetized SmFeN magnetic ring were designed based on the Maxwell 2D software platform.To improve the commutation performance of brushed motor with Halbach magnetized magnetic ring,the air gap magnetic field waveform was optimized by setting up arc-shaped grooves between the poles of magnetic ring.The influene of groove depth,arc angle and edge transition mode on air gap magnetic field waveform,was analyzed by simulation.The optimization scheme was selected based on the simulation results.Compared with the original scheme,the output performance of motor was similar for the mean value of electro dynamic potential on carbon brush,the electromagnetic torque ripple was optimized by greatly reducing the electro dynamic potential ripple of the carbon brush.
