摘 要:为了探究定子连体双轴永磁电机在运行时所呈现的特性,从电磁力和稳态电压矢量关系两方面对连体电机进行分析。介绍定子连体双轴永磁电机的主要结构及工作原理,在此基础上采用等效磁荷法对连体电机两侧磁极的相互作用力进行计算,揭示连体电机两单体磁极相互作用的特性。根据电机等效电路绘制的电压矢量图对连体电机的稳态特性进行分析,提出连体电机的稳定控制区域。为了通过整体的定子电压和电流来控制连体电机,建立连体电机的统一模型并给出了连体电机的统一电压方程。以一台0.5 kW的定子连体双轴永磁电机样机为对象进行验证,仿真与实验结果证明了分析结果的正确性。To explore the characteristics of the connected permanent magnet synchronous motor during operation,an analysis is conducted on the connected motor from both magnetism and steady-state voltage vector relationships.The main structure and working principle of the connected permanent magnet synchronous motor were introduced.Based on this,the equivalent magnetic charge method was used to calculate the interaction force between the magnetic poles on both sides of the connected motor,revealing the characteristics of the interaction between the two individual magnetic poles of the connected motor.Based on the voltage vector diagram drawn by the equivalent circuit of the motor,the steady-state characteristics of the connected motor were analyzed,and the stable control region of the connected motor was proposed.To control the connected motor through the overall stator voltage and current,a unified model of the connected motor was established and the unified voltage equation of the connected motor was given.A 0.5 kW stator connected dual axis permanent magnet motor prototype was validated,and the simulation and experimental results prove the correctness of the analysis results.
