摘 要:无线电能传输系统常用来为电池进行无线充电。为满足电池充电需求,提出一个能够实现恒流/恒压输出切换的无线电能传输系统,采用优化的LCC/S拓扑结构,仅需一个切换开关即可实现恒流/恒压输出切换,所提切换方法具有切换过程连续、切换开关电压应力小、全负载范围零电压开通等优点。分析了恒流、恒压补偿拓扑的输出特性,提出了综合考虑元件电压应力和系统损耗的松耦合变压器电气参数设计方法。为验证理论分析,搭建了输出功率范围为18~180 W的实验平台,所用松耦合变压器的外尺寸为200×200×10 mm ^(3),恒定输出电压为60 V,恒定输出电流为3 A,工作频率为85 kHz,传输距离为70 mm,恒压和恒流模式下系统最高效率分别为93.4%和90.5%。Wireless power transfer(WPT)systems are commonly used for wireless battery charging.To fulfill the requirements of battery charging,this paper proposes a WPT system that can switch between constant current(CC)and constant voltage(CV)modes.The optimized LCC/S compensation topology was employed,and only one switch was added to switch from CC to CV mode.The proposed switching method shows the advantages of continuous switching process,low voltage stress across the switch,and zero voltage switching in the full load range.The output characteristics of CC and CV compensation topologies were analyzed,and an electrical parameter design method was proposed for the loosely coupled transformer considering both component voltage stress and system loss.An experiment platform whose output power ranges from 18 to 180 W was built to verify the theoretical analysis.The outer dimensions of the employed loosely coupled transformer is 210×210×10 mm ^(3).The constant output voltage and current were designed to be 60 V and 3 A,respectively.The working frequency is 85 kHz,and the transmission distance is 70 mm.The maximum system efficiencies in CV and CC modes are 93.4%and 90.5%,respectively.
