摘  要:为解决永磁发电机气隙磁场调节问题并保持其无刷化的优点,提出一种基于谐波磁场的混合励磁发电机无刷励磁原理,推导转子励磁绕组电流与定子谐波励磁绕组电流之间的关联关系。给出了谐波无刷励磁系统的设计原则和方法,包括输入直流电流和不同频率交流电流励磁时的定子谐波励磁绕组极对数、转子谐波绕组和励磁绕组节距,以及构成谐波无刷励磁系统的绕组匝数的确定方法。以一台48槽、2对极的混合励磁发电机为例,详细分析了定子谐波励磁绕组、转子谐波绕组和励磁绕组设计过程,得到了相应的绕组展开图和绕组布置示意图。针对定子谐波励磁绕组极对数分别为8、12和24三种情况进行了仿真计算,电枢绕组空载线电压谐波分析与转子谐波绕组感应的谐波电动势次数均与理论分析相符。研制了一台谐波无刷混合励磁同步发电机样机,测试结果验证理论分析和计算的正确性。In order to solve the problem of air gap magnetic field regulation of permanent magnet generator and maintain its brushless advantages,a brushless hybrid excitation synchronous generator(HESG)based on harmonic excitation is proposed.The relation between rotor excitation winding current and stator harmonic excitation winding current was deduced.The design principle and method of harmonic brushless excitation system were given,including the number of pole pairs of the stator harmonic winding for inputting DC current and different frequency AC current,the pole pitch of the rotor harmonic winding and excitation winding,and the method to determine the winding turns of the harmonic brushless excitation system.Taking a 48-slot,4-pole hybrid excitation generator as an example,the design process of stator harmonic winding,rotor harmonic winding and excitation winding was analyzed in detail.The corresponding winding expansion diagram and winding layout diagram were obtained.Simulation calculations were made for the three cases when the number of pole pairs of the stator harmonic excitation windings are 8,12 and 24.The harmonic analysis of no-load line voltage of the armature winding and the harmonic EMF induced by rotor harmonic winding were agreed with the theoretical analysis.A brushless HESG prototype based on harmonic excitation was developed,the correctness of theoretical analysis and calculation were verified by test results.
