数字经济时代我国网络安全保险承保范围优化研究

摘　　要：数字经济时代网络安全保险存在诸多挑战,承保范围不足是其重要表现之一。本文分析了数字经济时代我国网络安全保险承保范围的现状和问题,指出了其承保范围面临的困境,提出了针对性的优化路径,最后从政府监管部门与行业管理及保险供给主体等方面,提出了优化其承保范围的保障措施。There are many challenges in cyber insurance in the era of digital economy,and the lack of coverage is one of its important manifestations.This paper analyzes the current situation and problems of Chi-na′s cyber insurance coverage in the digital economy era,points out the difficulties in optimizing China′s cy-ber insurance coverage in the digital economy era,puts forward targeted optimization ideas.Finally some poli-cy suggestions and safeguard measures are put forward to optimize China′s cyber insurance coverage from the following aspects:government supervision departments,industry management and insurance suppliers.
