摘 要:表面增强拉曼散射(Surface-enhanced Raman scattering,SERS)技术具有灵敏度高、可提供分子结构信息等优点,自被提出以来一直是各国科研人员研究的重点。随着我国海洋强国战略的实施,海洋环境安全和海水污染物检测问题受到了国家的高度重视。在海水污染物检测领域,表面增强拉曼散射技术相对于其他检测手段,具有快速性、回收率高和灵敏度高等优势。对拉曼散射原理和表面增强拉曼散射技术进行了介绍,综述了近年来表面增强拉曼散射技术在海水重金属检测、海水多环芳烃检测和海水微塑料检测领域的研究进展。提出了对海水污染物检测领域的展望及发展趋势预测,为以后更加快速、精确地检测海水污染物拓展了研究思路。Surface-enhanced Raman scattering(SERS)technology has been the research focus of in various countries since it was proposed because of its high sensitivity and the ability to provide molecular structure information.With the implementation of China’s marine power strategy,marine environmental safety and seawater pollutant detection have received great attention from the state.In the field of seawater pollutant detection,surface-enhanced Raman scattering technology has the advantages of rapidity,high recovery rate and high sensitivity compared with other detection means.The principle of Raman scattering and the surface-enhanced Raman scattering technique are introduced,and the research progress of the surface-enhanced Raman scattering technique in the fields of seawater heavy metal detection,seawater PAH detection and seawater microplastics detection in recent years is reviewed.The outlook and development trend prediction in the field of seawater contaminant detection are presented,which expands the research ideas for more rapid and accurate detection of seawater contaminants in the future.
