摘 要:目的探讨经支气管镜钬激光联合冷冻治疗在儿童气管支气管结核的临床应用价值。方法回顾性分析我院2016年1月至2021年6月收治的36例气管支气管结核患儿的临床资料,根据治疗方法不同分成对照组(18例)和介入组(18例)。对照组予以规范抗结核药物治疗和支气管镜灌洗及局部给药,介入组在对照组基础上,行支气管镜下钬激光联合冷冻治疗。比较两组患儿治疗后临床症状、镜下及影像学疗效。结果介入组临床症状、镜下及影像学疗效有效率均优于对照组(P<0.05),差异具有统计学意义;两组患儿均未出现大出血、气道穿孔、气胸等严重并发症。结论经支气管镜钬激光联合冷冻治疗能够快速有效清除气道内结核病灶,疗效好,安全性高,值得推广。To explore the clinical application value of transbronchial holmium laser combined with cryotherapy via bronchoscopy in children with tracheobronchial tuberculosis.The clinical dada of 36 children with tracheobronchial tuberculosis treated in our hospital from January 2016 to June 2021 were retrospectively analyzed.According to treatment approach,they were divided into control group(n=18)and intervention group(n=18).The control group was treated with standardized anti-tuberculous drugs,bronchoscopic lavage and local administration.The intervention group was treated with holmium laser combined with cryotherapy via bronchoscopy on the basis of the control group.The clinical symptoms,microscopic and imaging effects were compared between two groups.The effective rates of clinical symptoms,microscopic and imaging effects in the intervention group were significantly higher than those in the control group(P<0.05).There were no serious complications such as massive hemorrhagtuiguange,airway perforation and pneumothorax in both groups.Transbronchoscopic holmium laser combined with cryotherapy can quickly and effectively remove tuberculosis foci in the airway,with good efficacy and high safety,which is worthy of promotion.
