摘　　要：基于文献研究、实验室试验及工程应用研究成果,研发了一种适用于预制装配式隔墙施工的关键技术,该技术施工工艺流程简便,缩短了施工时间,施工工效提高约30%,施工成本显著降低;可有效地防止隔墙连接界面的剥离、开裂问题。该技术具有施工工艺流程简便、施工效率高,隔墙板连接处可靠美观、不易开裂,隔墙板连接施工效果好、质量高、施工返修率低、施工成本低等诸多优点,具有显著的经济效益和社会效益。This passage developed a key technology for prefabricated partition wall construction,which is based on literature research,experimental study and research results of engineering application.The construction process is simple,the construction time is shortened,the construction efficiency is increased by about 30%,and the construction cost is significantly reduced.It can effectively prevent the peeling and cracking of the connecting interface of the partition wall.This technology has many advantages which include simple construction process,high construction efficiency,reliable and beautiful partition board connection,not easy to crack,good construction effect,high quality,low construction repair rate,low construction cost and so on.The technology achieves great economic and social benefit.
